Welcome to PATEL Infrastructure! Headquartered in central Pennsylvania, PATEL is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm focusing on transportation construction design, engineering, and inspection.

We are comprised of individuals with extensive experience in both the design and construction arenas – often bridging the gap between the two. Our staff has a specialized understanding of transportation structure projects from concept through design, construction, and maintenance.

President/CEO

Pratik Patel, CBSI

Pratik A. Patel is the founder and owner of PATEL Infrastructure (PATEL). Pratik graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction management. Pratik is an experienced design & construction professional in the civil engineering industry and boasts a demonstrated history of proficiency in both arenas.

Throughout his career, Pratik has sought to grow and expand in the construction field. Initially as an inspector, Pratik became a construction engineer and field engineer on the Pennsylvania Rapid Bridge Replacement Project (RBR) – a statewide endeavor to replace 565 bridges in 5 years. During his time in construction, Pratik garnered exceptional knowledge and experience in bridge construction means and methods.

Pratik transitioned to design work after the RBR to gain more insight and understanding of the engineering and decision making which occurs prior to bridge construction. During his time in design, Pratik worked on a variety of transportation projects including bridges, box culverts, retaining walls and soundwalls.

PATEL Infrastructure takes safety seriously in our designs along with our travels to project sites. Each of our designs incorporate contractor's safety standards custom to their company along with safety advice we think is necessary to inform the professionals in the field.

Civil Engineering is a field where safety is critical - as each of our designs could affect the lives of individuals utilizing our plans, crossing our structures or building upon our foundations. Each member of our team is trained in construction safety and is familiar with OSHA Standards which are incorporated into all designs and called out in our plan sets when appropriate.

It is our mission to provide designs with safety in mind to each of our clients to ensure everyone goes home safe each night.
